How can I return a product?

Send an email to support@oway.it specifying the following:

- Name and surname

- Telephone number

- The identification number of the order

- Code of the article to return

- Reasons for the return


The products to be returned or replaced must be sent to Quickly Logistics House, 1/3 Località Il Poggio, str. Provinciale 7, Gazzola, PC 29010.

You have the right of withdrawal without any penalty. The only costs charged to you will be those relating to the return of the product.
