I can't navigate the site correctly and/or I can't finalise the order, what should I do?

There could be several reasons why you are unable to navigate the site correctly or cannot finalise the order.
First of all, we recommend that you:
- try from different browsers (Mozilla / Chrome / Safari / etc...) and/or devices (tablets, PCs, smartphones, etc...)
- delete browsing data (cache)
- try to complete any purchase as a "guest" without logging in

If the problem persists, write to us by filling out the Contact form, specifying the following information:
- Operating system used (e.g.: MS Windows XP Pro, Apple MacOS 10.4,...)
- Browser used (e.g. Firefox, Explorer,...) and version (e.g. Firefox 2.0, Internet Explorer 6,...)
- Type of connection used (DSL, fibre, modem, corporate LAN,...)
- Possible screenshot of the error page
- what problem you encountered
